ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

By assigning to Unimasters Logistics SRL (Unimasters) the arrangement or performance of a transport and by accepting our offer your agree with the following conditions:

1. Unimasters shall be relieved of any liability caused by non-/ incomplete performance of the delivery due to objective circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic outside its control including losses caused by delay and deterioration of perishable goods, caused by the delay.
2. Unimasters reserves its right to make unilateral modifications of the agreed transport schedules, routes, rates, to charge surcharges and to undertake any reasonable actions with the cargo at the expense of their principals.
3. The principal explicitly agrees to cover at its own expense all costs caused by the extraordinary circumstances including: detention, downtime costs, extra transport and warehousing charges etc..
4. These conditions override all contradicting clauses of previous written agreements between Unimasters and their principals, for the period of the announced pandemic and until the affected states lift the restrictions in place and will be interpreted according to the Romanian law.
